About us
The Pasquetti Sarti & Partners Accounting Firm was established in 2016 in Florence from the union of Certified Public Accountants coming from successful accounting firms and international consulting firms. It mainly focuses on three large areas of specialisation:
- Tax advisory, both for ordinary and extraordinary transactions, including also the drafting of financial statements and the reporting and fulfilment of recurrent tax obligations for individuals, partnerships, limited companies and groups of companies;
- Business advisory, with particular reference to Corporate & Performance Management projects;
- Financial advisory, with particular reference to supporting projects for the processes of growth of the best small and medium-sized enterprises.
The Firm is a founding partner of Gotha Advisory S.p.A., Equity Partner of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. , that comprises 30 professional organisations from the North-Central parts of Italy, and is leader in supporting growth strategies for the best Italian small and medium-sized enterprises.
Furthermore, the Firm has set up two strategic partnerships with major companies operating on national territory with the aim of guaranteeing maximum coverage of the entire Italian territory for their Clients’ projects:
