I started my career in 1994 in KPMG S.p.A, an international consulting firm. In that environment, I developed various professional skills mostly in the administrative and financial field and concerning audit programs, with a specific focus on Italian and international - especially British - accounting standard.

Moreover, in that period, I had the opportunity to gain peculiar professional consultancy experience in the field of extraordinary company’s operations such as acquisitions and evaluations of business complexes, Stock Exchange listings, fusions and divestments, and transfer of business.

From 1998 to 2015 I have worked autonomously as Certified Public Accountant, company consultant, and financial advisor in the Paratore Pasquetti & Partners firm, of which I am the co-founder.

In 2016 we made a distinction between legal services and Certified Public Accountant’s services and created two specialized structures. I continue to carry out the same activities as Pasquetti Sarti & Partners co-founding partner, that is offering a complete series of professional integrated services that include business, financial and fiscal consulting aspects.

My specialization areas include especially support to growth strategies of small and medium enterprises, strategic and managerial consulting for executive staff of small and medium enterprises, preparation and verification of business and financial plans, company assessments and evaluation of investment projects, due diligence operations, management of M&A operations, as well as research of professional investors, management and coordination of quotation processes of small and medium enterprises and issue of debt instruments such as minibonds and commercial papers, predisposition of 231 organizational and control models and start-up processes.
